Mid-pandemic housing craze and Shannon Russell found us Our Home!
In May, my partner said Yes to becoming my wife, and we decided i was time to move in together! I had to renovate and sell my condo, then find a home to fit my new blended, multigenerational, multipet, family with a work-from-home office in the middle of a pandemic housing craze—no problem, really, with Shannon and everyone she knows. She got us contractors, lawyers, an FHA loan officer that helped us get enough credit to afford a home in these wild times! Literally the first home she showed us, we put a bid on, but were outbid by someone with deeper pockets! That did NOT happen again. Of course, there were days' worth of circuitous documents and official steps, but Shannon and her team helped me take care of them all (no matter what time I was freaking out about them!). About 30 more home tours later (in about a 5 weeks!), she found us a "steal" of a home in a beautiful neighborhood, and it is more than I ever thought I could be lucky enough to live in. That, and my whole family under one roof and 2 dogs in the yard. My office and the primary bathroom ain't bad either :) What else could I wish for? Thanks for everything Shannon!!

Shannon Russell made sure a "Seller's Market" meant we made money at closing!
Middle of a pandemic or not, life happens. I had to sell this condo quick so I could move in with my lovely fiance and blend our families. First, I had to repair and sell a condo in the middle of a pandemic and a housing craze! Finding contractors and getting top dollar on the condo were my priorities, but I knew nothing about that. Shannon Russell did know how to handle it all. In 3 months, she secured contractors, kept them in line and adhering to their schedules, helped me gussy-up the condo, and she had it sold for top dollar in a matter of days (yes, above our asking price and all cash)! I miss that condo, but we LOVE the new home she also helped us get. Thank you Shannon for all your help. What a summer that was!

First Time Homebuyer
Shannon made my experience as a first time homebuyer exciting and stress free. She was very confident and knowledgeable concerning things that I didn’t understand. She was always responsive when I called, no matter the time and with haste, made appointments for homes that I wanted to see.
